Welcome to Lake Jumpers Angling Club

Established in 2002 to provide socialization and encourage the sport of fishing. Monthly meetings with various topics discussed, events planning, member monthly fish reports, and social time. A casual family oriented angling club where you can meet new friends, share lake and fishing information, learn new tips about fishing, tackle, and area lakes. Based in beautiful Itasca county with over 1000 lakes. Lake Jumpers Angling Club meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30 at Lawrence Lake Liquor on Scenic Hwy 7 in Itasca county.

Terry Hornstra’s steak fry & pot luck on Johnson lake. Social hour and potluck starting at 2:30 pm. fishing 5:30 til dark. Steak cost per person $5, bring a side dish, salad, dessert or munchies. Bring a chair and BYOB. Terry needs a head count of those who will be attending so he can order steaks. RSVP to Terry at mnchick@uslink.net or info@lakejumpers.com.

Species for contest - crappies, total length of 3 crappies wins, $5 per person for contest. Fishing begins at 5:30 and ends at dark. You may practice catch and release and participants will be on the honor system for reporting your catch.
