December 2008 Wild Game Feed Event

The July 2008 event at JessieView Resort was quite a challenge! A cold front had just gone through and it was cold and very windy! But many diehard members showed up to participate. The contest was a combined total length of 4 species (one fish per species), members fished from noon until four. Not many fish were caught and many of those fishing got drenched by the cold waves, but in the end a combination of a 22" northern and 10" walleye took the top prize. One member (to remain anonymous) even manage to catch a dead walleye. After the contest we had potluck and a trash can turkey, now this member has never had one before and I thought it was terrific!!!!
